Hi!👋🏻

I’m Dr. Ali

If you're a slow or injury-prone runDisney runner stuck in the last corral and tired of getting hurt, I’ll show you how to train smarter, get stronger, and cross the finish line pain-free.

Let’s be honest: you just want to get to the finish.

You want to run a Disney race—and actually enjoy it.

You want to cross the finish line proud, strong, and smiling… not limping, wincing, or needing a week to recover.

You’ve tried the free plans. You’ve added strength. You’ve foam rolled and stretched and followed all the advice—and still ended up hurting.

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re just missing a plan that actually works for you—your pace, your body, your life.

That’s where I come in.

I’m obsessed with helping runDisney runners like you cross the finish line!

How’s it goin?

I’m not the kind of coach who just tells you to “rest and ease back in” when something hurts. I give you step-by-step guidance to actually fix the problem, train smart, and cross the finish line strong.

I’ve been in the rehab world for over a decade and have been running for 15+ years. I started with half marathons alongside friends and family, and a few years ago, I discovered runDisney. It was the perfect mix of magic and miles—and I was hooked.

But I noticed a pattern that frustrated me.

Doctors kept telling runners to rest, try again, and if the pain returned, go to PT. But even with physical therapy and all the right exercises, my clients kept getting injured. Again and again.

When I worked in a traditional clinic, I didn’t have the time or freedom to give runners what they really needed. Insurance limited the sessions and focused only on getting rid of pain—not getting people back to running safely. Once a patient could get through their day without pain, they were discharged… even if they weren’t ready to run.

And even if they wanted to stay on and pay out-of-pocket, I was too swamped…20+ patients a day doesn’t leave room for customized support.

So in 2018, I started my own business. No insurance red tape. No rushed sessions. Just real, focused support for runners who were tired of being told to "just rest" and hoped it wouldn’t hurt next time.

Since then, my role has evolved from in-home PT to online coach—and I’ve helped hundreds of runners finally break out of the injury cycle. Now I combine the best rehab strategies and running plans to get you stronger, safer, and across the finish line without falling apart.

If you’re a slow, back-of-the-pack, or injury-prone runDisney runner who’s done “everything right” and still ends up hurting, I’m here to help you change that story.

I take a different approach to running so you don’t struggle with pain and injury

You don’t have to be fast to finish strong.

Injuries don’t mean your race is over.

Strong now = unstoppable later.

It’s sucks to have something( injuries) hold us back from what we love! I could have gotten on board With any of the many running coaches around, but would they have given me what I really needed? I don’t think so. I’m sure they have nice plans, good advice, and tips etc. For me, when I saw your background and your passion, I had a feeling We would make a good fit! As we all should admit..sometimes we need help with the things in life we think we already know! And that’s where you fit my needs perfectly! - Becky B

"I am so grateful for my experience with Dr. Ali. She was so thorough and always took time to address all of my questions. She provided me with a concise plan to recover and train for my next RunDisney event. Prior to seeing her, I worked with other physical therapists who taught me several exercises, but I did not feel like they adequately addressed my pain and my want to continue training for future races. Now working with Dr. Ali, I know how to avoid flare ups and address pain, and I have a thorough plan on how to train for my upcoming race. She has addressed all of my issues and answered every question I have had. She truly takes her time getting to know her clients and all of their ailments and uses her plethora of knowledge to answer questions and address concerns. I cannot recommend her enough! "
